What Does Your Dream Look Like?

Dream big! What would your ideal life look like? This 3 1/2 hour workshop uses guided meditation, music, magazines, and art materials to craft a vision board for your ideal life!  If you can dream it, you can do it!  Bring positive energy into your life. Share the passion, dream, hang out with other kindred spirits—and have fun!

Exploring Life Options (ELO)

Are you bored with Bunko and book groups? Would you like to spend your time finding ways to experience more joy and direction in our life? How wonderful would it be to have warm, smart, caring friends to accompany you on this journey?

Exploring Life Options is a structured group exploration. Groups meet once a month for 1 ½ hours to explore options to add meaning, fun, and value to their lives. Pre-assignments, play-sheets (worksheets sound so boring) and email support are included. If you have never experienced the transformative power of a circle of support, it is time you gave yourself this gift. It will last longer than eating a cupcake and relieve more stress than a massage! Laugh, be challenged and explore together. You can begin to realize your dreams today!

Exploration with Friends

Do have some friends who would like to explore options to add fun, meaning and value to their lives? We also offer a fully customized version of Exploring Life Options (ELO) (see above). You put together a group of 4 to 8 friends. We can meet in your home or at another agreed upon location (Metro Milwaukee area only.) Groups generally meet once a month. The package includes a total of eight facilitated 90-minute meetings, with sessions tailored to your interests and needs. Includes all materials, email support, a pre-session to determine group interests, and one 55-minute individual coaching session for each participant. Cost for the entire package is only $495. Contact us for additional information.
