How does the coaching process work?
Coaching is a process that usually takes place over 3 to 9 months, depending on the issues involved and the desires of the client for support. Most coaching sessions are handled by telephone. In general I help the individual define the issues; determine values; establish goals and devise and support a plan to accomplish those goals. Generally, the process moves along fairly quickly with sessions every week or every other week.
I’ve never had a coach... isn’t it expensive?
My coaching packages are designed to help you make big changes in a short period of time. They are an investment in yourself. What would your life be like if you could resolve some of your biggest challenges? Or get past those negative things that are holding you back? We shop…and get massages…and eat out…and have cocktails…do anything to make ourselves feel better, but these are just band aids. Investing your time and money in coaching will REALLY help you address what is keeping you from a life of joy and fulfillment.
Is coaching a worthwhile investment?
You bet! According to an independently conducted survey commissioned The International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2009, 99% of clients interviewed were “somewhat satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the overall coaching experience. 96% indicated that they would repeat the process. “Improved self-confidence”, “improved relationships” and “improved work/life balance” were among the most often cited benefits of the coaching process. Individual clients reported a median return of 3.44 times their initial investment!
